At Project Passion, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- Returned in their original packaging when possible
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
